for natto fried rice when I was surfing youtube a while back.\u00a0 I tried it out and it was pretty good!\u00a0 I found it on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/ngswcook\">Simple and Delicious Recipe Channel<\/a>.\u00a0 They have a lot of awesome looking recipe videos, so be sure to check out their channel and website.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m going to link the video to this recipe, but the text is in Japanese, so I&#8217;ll post the recipe as well, (although I think the video is pretty self explanatory).<\/p>\n<p><object width=\"480\" height=\"385\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" \/><\/object><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Packet of natto<\/li>\n<li>Vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>Sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>Eggs<\/li>\n<li>Rice (cooked)<\/li>\n<li>Scallions \/ sprig onions<\/li>\n<li>Green onions<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thinly chop the scallions and leek.<\/li>\n<li>Stir the natto until it gets nice and thick and mix it together with the eggs.\u00a0 Mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Heat up a pan and add vegetable oil.\u00a0 Move the vegetable oil around in the pan so it coats the surface, then remove the vegetable oil to the side.<\/li>\n<li>Add sesame oil.<\/li>\n<li>Add the egg and natto.\u00a0 Be sure to move it around so it doesn&#8217;t burn.\u00a0 Once it starts to solidify, remove it to the side.<\/li>\n<li>Again, add vegetable oil to the pan and remove any excess.\u00a0 Then add the rice.\u00a0 I like to use day old rice when I make fried rice just because its not as sticky and moist.<\/li>\n<li>Pound out the lumps in the rice and make it nice and fluffy.\u00a0 Once you do that, add the scallions and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Add the egg natto mixture and mix well into the rice.<\/li>\n<li>Add some salt and a bit of pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Add soy sauce and the finely chopped green onion, mix it in, and your pretty much done!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It&#8217;s a tasty
