{"id":2,"date":"2010-09-20T07:35:15","date_gmt":"2010-09-20T07:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ilovenatto.com\/blog\/?page_id=2"},"modified":"2010-10-05T00:20:13","modified_gmt":"2010-10-05T00:20:13","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ilovenatto.com\/blog\/about\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Welcom to iLoveNatto.com!\u00a0 A site for all the different kinds of ways to eat and prepare natto!<\/p>\n<p>The first time I tried natto, like most people, I didn&#8217;t find it to be the best tasting food in the world, but I ate it anyway because my mom told me to and because it was good for you, (kind of like milk).<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t start actually liking natto until I got to college, where I was broke, malnourished, and busy with class and club activities.\u00a0 One day on a trip to the Japanese super market, Mitsuwa, I saw how cheap natto was.\u00a0 Realizing that it was cheap, nutritious, and easy to prepare, I stocked up.\u00a0 And went back the following week to stock up even more. I eventually came to love the stuff and started offering it to all of my dorm-mates, (who thought I was crazy).<\/p>\n<p>But anyway, I eventually found some friends who also enjoyed eating natto and found that there were countless ways to eat it.\u00a0 I started this site to share recipes, interesting articles and have you share your favorite way of eating natto as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Little About Myself:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My name is Koji and I am an athlete, mechanical engineer, and a fan of Japanese culture and food.\u00a0 During college, I studied abroad in Tokyo, Japan.
